| TEG vs So6 - CTFCL Match vom 11.08.2003 Endstand: 80 : 10 |

| Our second match in the second CTFCL Season took place against the French clan So6 Team. I have to admit, that most of us expected a walk-over. But far from it! So6 was nearly an equal opponent. We started a little delayed on one of our servers, because the French had some problems with an IRC virus. |

 With our scout rush we could instantly grab the nmy flag and little later got the first cap of this game. The enemy offies were not that lucky ;) Also the second flag was not hard-fought. But after that, the So6 defense must have regrouped, because for a while we had to come up against a brick wall. However our offies pulled themselfs together and got three more flags out of the second base. Sometimes our defence flounders a bit, but apart from one exception they managed it somehow to keep the flag in our base. Well done defending maggots :) |

 I had to change the observer job with Spiff and watched the second half on HLTV. We were not sure about the right setup, because a day before we got owned by K-Attack on monkey_l in a praccy. But today, after the first half, we had the bliss to start with an comfortable lead. Nevertheless we chose our old formation, with smelly Kharn as frontline solly. A good decision, as we found out during the match, because it was a love game :D
The enemy defence did a great job as well and led only three flags out. But I guess these flags were hard-earned by our offies :) |

Many thanks for this great game, which we all enjoyed very much. With the second victory in the second game, we are now one of the top ranks in division 4.
Last but not least we wish So6 good luck and a nice time in the further CTFCL Season. |
